Swim Team

Stroke Team is appropriate for swimmers ages 6+ who have passed level 8 and have a basic knowledge of all 4 strokes.

The 60-minute, non-competitive “Swim Team” style class includes refining stroke techniques and building aerobic capacity, strength, and endurance. Workout includes turns, pace-clock work, in-water teacher when needed and age-appropriate games. Team members participate in skill meets periodically with local area club swimmers. The Stroke Team is a perfect activity for your child to be involved with other swimmers, swimming for health, safety, fun and fitness!

Classes will be at the GISD Natatorium in Garland for everyone in the Rowlett area.

Equipment needed: Goggles, swim cap, Kick Board, Hand Paddles and Fins
