Waterview Swim, where everyone is family! We believe the best role models for children are those who still think like children as adults. We look for credentials but hire for character. Our employees make up the best of the best in the Rowlett/Garland area. Since opening our doors, we’ve had endless wait lists of those hoping to gain employment with our company. It is a common occurrence for our employees to arrive early and leave late just because they like to be together. We love families and our unique family environment. Together we create a diverse group of nationalities, languages and cultures. 

 We realize that teaching a child to have all the necessary swimming and gross motor skills for life takes time and commitment from families and we want every lesson to be an effective and positive investment in your child. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your class, let a manager know your concerns on the same day as your lesson, and you will be given another class.
